As CEO of This Week In Blackness, White developed and launched TWiB.FM.  A network of online radio shows that boasts over 8 million+ downloads. White also hosts the award winning and critically acclaimed online radio series TWiB! Prime which broadcasts live Monday through Thursday. Named one of Ebony Magazine’s “What’s Next”, White developed and produced the 8 week special series #ablackshow w/ Elon James White on Freespeech TV. The segment “#GrayRacism” was also featured on Upworthy.

White has been at the forefront of social media with ground breaking reporting across the nation from Brooklyn to Ferguson to Berkeley. He also spearheaded campaigns such as #DudesGreetingDudes and #TheEmptyChair  Since 2014 White has been in the position of Media Director of Netroots Nation, the largest progressive conference in the United States.
